Stop paying an agency to spend your money for you.

We find where the money is leaking out of your business and put a dollar figure on every hole. Then we build the fix with you, inside your own accounts, and hand you the keys. No retainer, no lock-in, nobody holding your marketing hostage.

What's in the audit
The Problem

Your marketing is a bucket. Most buckets have holes.

Ads pour water in the top. If the bucket leaks, more water just means more waste. Here is where it usually goes.

The enquiry nobody called back

Someone fills in your form at 8pm. You see it the next morning, between jobs, and get to it after lunch. By then they have called two other businesses and booked one of them. The lead was real. The follow-up wasn't there.

Leaks at: leads → reached

The quote nobody chased

You send the quote. They say they will have a think about it. That is the last contact anyone makes. No second touch, no third. Most of those jobs are not lost on price — they are lost in silence.

Leaks at: showed → bought

The appointment that never happened

A booked job with no reminder is a coin flip. People double-book, forget, or something comes up on the day. Nobody calls to rebook them, so a confirmed appointment quietly becomes a gap in the calendar.

Leaks at: booked → showed

The customer list you never contact

Everyone who has ever paid you is sitting in your phone, your inbox or your accounting software. Most businesses never speak to them again. They already trust you and already know what you charge — and they are the cheapest work you will ever ignore.

Leaks at: past customers

None of these are advertising problems. They are follow-up problems, and they are usually fixable in weeks rather than years. That is why we look at the bucket before anyone talks about pouring in more water.

The Profit Audit

Three steps. One number.

A paid session where we work out what your leaks are actually worth, in dollars, using your business rather than a template.

1
Step 1

Book a time

Pick a slot that works around your jobs. It runs 45 to 60 minutes on a call. Bring whatever numbers you have in front of you — and if you don't track any, read the FAQ below, because that is a finding in itself.

2
Step 2

We run your real numbers, live

We map your actual customer journey on the call and reconstruct the numbers together — enquiries in, how many get reached, how many book, how many show up, how many buy, and what an average job is worth to you. You watch the maths happen, so you can argue with it.

3
Step 3

You get your leak number and a PDF report

A dollar figure on each leaking stage, ranked by what is costing you the most, plus the order we would fix them in. The report is yours to keep and act on, whether you ever work with us again or not.

Where the money goes

Five stages. Four places to leak.

Every business has the same shape. Enquiries come in at the top, paid work comes out at the bottom, and money escapes at each join.

The percentages above are illustrative — finding your real ones is the entire point of the audit, and they are never the same as anyone else's. Behind all five stages sits one more leak: every past customer who has not heard from you since they paid.

After the audit

Then you plug the holes — and you keep the keys

One path forward, and it ends with you owning the whole thing. Here it is next to what most businesses are doing right now.

The usual way

Keep an agency on retainer

A monthly fee, indefinitely

You hand it over, it stays handed over. The work happens somewhere you cannot see, in accounts you do not control.

  • The ad account, the pixel, the automations and the phone number live with the agency. Leave, and you start again from nothing.
  • You get a monthly report you cannot verify and could not rebuild yourself.
  • The retainer keeps coming out whether the follow-up ever got fixed or not.

$250 — credited in full toward whatever you do next. Worst case, you keep the report.

FAQ

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask before booking a paid appointment with someone they just met.

A paid session of 45 to 60 minutes where we rebuild your customer journey as a funnel — leads, reached, booked, showed, bought — and work out how much money is falling out at each stage. You get a dollar figure per leak, ranked, plus a PDF report to keep. It is a diagnosis, not a sales presentation.

Because free audits attract people who collect free audits. Charging means everyone on the call is there to work, including us. The fee is credited in full toward whatever you do next anyway, so if you go ahead it costs you nothing extra — and if you don't, you still keep the report.

That is normal, and it is a finding in itself — you cannot fix a leak you cannot see. We reconstruct the numbers together on the call from what you do have: your phone log, your inbox, your quotes, your bank statements, your memory of a typical week. Rough and honest beats precise and imaginary.

45 to 60 minutes. One session, one call. You get the report after it, not weeks later.

No. The report is yours either way, and it is written so that you or your own team could work through it without us. If you want help implementing it, that is the Setup Intensive, and your audit fee comes off the price.

We build it with you, in your accounts, and then you run it. We are not looking to hold your marketing hostage on a retainer — the point is that you end up in control of your own money. If what you want is someone to take it away and run it forever, we are not the right people.

Pre-revenue businesses with no enquiries yet. If nothing is coming in, there is no funnel to audit and nothing for us to measure — you need customers before you need a leak report. Come back once the phone is ringing, even a little.
