What happens in the session
We map your customer journey as a funnel — leads, reached, booked, showed, bought — reconstruct your real numbers together, and put a dollar figure on each stage where money is escaping. You watch every assumption go in, so you can push back on any of them. Afterwards you get the PDF report with the working shown.
Bring rough numbers if you have them. Enquiries in a typical week, how many turn into jobs, and what an average job is worth. If you do not track any of that, come anyway — we rebuild it on the call, and not tracking it is itself one of the findings.
No slide deck, no pitch. At the end we tell you whether we think we can help, including when the answer is no.
