Terms of Service
What you get, what it costs, what is promised, and just as importantly what is not.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
What these terms cover
These terms apply to services provided by Lukas Yianni Papanikolopoulos, trading as lpapbuilds (ABN 17 680 613 628), a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia. Booking or paying for a session means you accept them.
What the Profit Audit is
A paid working session where we go through your marketing and sales setup and identify where money is leaking out of it. You leave with a clear picture of what is broken and what to fix first, in priority order.
What the Profit Audit is not
It is not done-for-you work, it is not ongoing management, and it is not a guarantee of any result. It is an assessment and a plan. Acting on the plan is your job, unless you separately engage us to help.
What the Private Setup Intensive is
A paid engagement where we build the specific things identified in the audit and teach you to run them. Scope is agreed in writing before it starts, and anything outside that scope is a separate conversation, not an assumption.
Fees and GST
Current prices are shown on the relevant page of this site. This business is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and prices contain no GST component. If that changes, prices and this page will change with it.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking and is taken through Stripe via the booking page. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never held by us. Sessions are not confirmed until payment clears.
The credit toward your next purchase
Where a credit is offered against a later purchase, it applies to the service named at the time it was offered, is not transferable to another person, and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for a refund.
Refunds
If a session has not happened yet, contact us and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with a session that has happened, tell us why and we will consider a refund on the facts. We would rather resolve it than have you feel you wasted your money.
None of this reduces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees apply regardless of anything on this page, and if a service is not delivered with due care and skill you are entitled to a remedy.
Rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows
Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up, the session may be treated as delivered. Life happens, so tell us and we will be reasonable about it, but the same rule applies to everyone.
What we need from you
Honest numbers, access to what is being reviewed, and someone in the session who can actually make decisions. The quality of the work depends on the quality of the information, and a session run on guesses produces a plan built on guesses.
Third-party platforms and their costs
The work often involves platforms you pay for directly, such as advertising accounts, automation tools or hosting. Those costs are yours and are not included in our fees. We do not control those platforms, their pricing, or their decisions about your account.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number during a phone call and agree to be texted, we may send you SMS messages about the thing we discussed. This section is the program disclosure mobile carriers require, so it is deliberately specific.
Program name: lpapbuilds follow-up messages.
What we send: a link to book a Profit Audit, answers to questions you asked on the call, confirmations and reminders for a session you have booked, and replies to messages you send us. These are one-to-one messages sent by a person. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not text numbers that have not agreed on a call.
How you opted in: verbally, during a phone call with us, when you gave us your number and agreed we could text you. There is no other way onto this list. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers.
Message frequency: varies. In practice it is a small number of messages tied to a conversation already underway, not a recurring campaign.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, decides what a message costs you.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can also just tell us on a call or by email.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or email lukaspapa@lpapbuilds.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, neither of which we control.
How the number itself is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy. The short version: we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who owns what
You own your business information, your accounts, and the material you bring. You own the specific deliverables produced for you and may use them in your business without restriction. We keep ownership of our own underlying methods, frameworks and templates, and remain free to use them with other clients.
Confidentiality
What you tell us about your business stays between us, and we expect the same about our methods and materials. This holds during the engagement and for three years after it ends. It does not apply to information that is already public, or that the law requires us to disclose.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, or any other outcome, and you should be wary of anyone in this industry who does. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your follow-up, and how much of the plan you actually implement. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.
Nothing here is professional advice
We give marketing and operational guidance. It is not legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional in those fields. If the work touches a regulated industry, complying with the rules of that industry remains your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to these services is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending the engagement
Either side can end an ongoing engagement with reasonable notice in writing. Work already delivered is payable. Anything paid for and not yet delivered is refunded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change over time. The version that applies to you is the one published when you booked, and the date at the top shows when this version was published. Current clients are told directly about changes that materially affect them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, the first step is a direct conversation, because it is faster and cheaper than anything else available.
